    Report of Activities/Programs taken in following classes.

     

    Activities/Programs

    • For class V: Meditation, counselling, Creativity games, classroom etiquette, Time management Dumb charades, Activities on concentration and Importance of value system, self awareness etc.
    • For Class VI :Meditation, counselling, Creativity games, Self management, About stress, Activities on concentration and anger management, personal hygiene especially among girls
    • For class VIII: Meditation, Motivation, Creativity games, Self-management, About life skills, Activities on concentration and anger management, personal hygiene especially among girls
    • For class IX: Meditation, About counselling, Self-management, Discussion about goal setting and personal strengths and weaknesses, Personality development, About stress, Activities on concentration, Memory and anger management, positivity, personal hygiene especially among girls
    • For class X : Meditation, Motivation, Creativity games, Self-management, About stress, Activities on concentration and anger management ,time management etc.
    • For class XI: Discussion about personal strengths and weaknesses, areas of interest and goals, career counselling, self awareness.
    • For class XII : How to choose one’s career, Discussion about personal strengths and weaknesses, Career counselling, time management, internet fasting etc.

    Follow Up:

    • After conducting the course, some of the students were found doing the following programs. They felt very relaxed and promised to behave properly with a positive attitude.
    • Students consciously tried to be punctual and honest in their daily life particularly in class X and XII .
    • They have realized various perspectives on different career options and have acknowledged personalized feedback on their career related queries and opportunities.
    • Personal Counselling taken with total count of 121 till to date.
    • Conducted Parent’s counselling session on 3rd Sept 2022 and in October 2024
      Advised them to set an example to their children at home
      To behave positively in front of children etc.
    • Discussion on challenges of adolescents and how to remain mentally healthy
      was taken by teacher counsellor Mrs. Shivani Arora, counseelor mrs. Kulsum and
      guest counsellor Mrs. Kalpana.
